Journal submissions

Questions continue to arise regarding submissions to the Journal. The following explains two areas of most concern: chapter reports and digital photos

Chapter Reports:

Ever wonder why your chapter is not listed in the OnCampus or OffCampus chapter reports? It is because no report was received from your chapter.

Reports can be submitted at anytime. (Active chapters should recognize this as Report 5) However, email and snail mail reminders are sent to chapters as deadlines for each issue of the Journal approach. It is strongly encouraged that this information be submitted to the editor through email.

Digital Photograph Submissions:

The Kappa Alpha Journal encourages the submission of digital photographs of members and events around the country. However, please remember that high quality print publications like the Journal require high resolution photographs.

Please set your camera to take photographs at 300 dpi (or its highest resolution) to ensure your photos are able to be reproduced in the Journal.

The Journal is always happy to receive copies of photographs taken by conventional cameras. They may be submitted to the office address.
