Brother O'Neal earned his Bachelor's of Science in Health and Physical Education from Louisiana Tech University in May of 2009.
He served Gamma Alpha as both Number I and Number II. In addition he served as a peer facilitator at the 2008 Emerging Leaders Academy, has been certified as a Steward of the Order and attended White Province Council in 2007 and 2008. Brother O’Neal is a past recipient of a KAOEF scholarship.
Matthew's travels will include Chiles (Missouri), Forester (Eastern Arkanas and Western Tennessee), Hamilton (Pennsylvania and West Virginia), Irwin (Mississippi) and Walsh (Southern Texas).
