Brother Downey graduated from the University of Kentucky in December of 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication including minors in Political Science and Sociology.
While an active member of Theta chapter he served in several leadership roles including Number I, Number VII, Recruitment Chairman and was voted Most Outstanding Executive Officer by the local IFC. As an undergraduate he attended the 71st and 72nd Conventions, the Number I’s Leadership Institute and four Province Councils.
William's travels will include Candler (Kentucky), Dunwody (Alabama), Neal (Northern California and Washington), Smith (North Carolina) and White (Louisiana).
