William E. Forester Alumni Chapter Award.
There is hereby established an award, given in memory of William E. Forester, Executive Vice President Emeritus and Archivist, to recognize the most outstanding Alumni Chapter. The award shall be presented biennially at the Convention and is granted by a majority vote of the Executive Council.
