Nick is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University with a B.S. in Organizational Communication. He joined staff in 2010 and holds the current position of  Director of Chapter Development overseeing all recruitment, recruitment education, expansion and recolonization for the Order. He has served as a facilitator and presenter at numerous KA and Interfraternal programs on topics such as  Values Based Recruitment, New Member Education and Risk Management. Nick is a native of Nashville, Tennessee and now resides in Lexington, Virginia.
