Registering for NLI is 1 of 12 action items to be completed before arriving to the Caraway Conference Center. Please complete the following tasks as soon as possible.
1. November 15th - IRS 990 Final Deadline
Check with Former Number I and Number VI to ensure the 990 was filed.
2. December 2 - NLI Registration dueThere is a quick turn around with elections, registering for NLI, and making travel arrangements. Please complete this as soon as possible. As you appoint Officers IV - IX, do not forget to plan an officer transition meeting.

3. GreekLifeEdu - If your chapter has new members, have they completed Part 1 of the required online course? Members that do not complete the course will be fined $25; however, if 100% of the new members complete the course by the deadline, the chapter will receive a $10 per man insurance rebate.
4. Report 10 - go to online reporting and update your chapter's information
5. Project Outreach Report (delegate to Project Outreach Chairman); If your chapter submitted the Awards for Chapter Excellence Application, we have your chapter's information and you do not need to complete this report.
6. Operation Crimson Gift Report - another online report that should be delegated to your Project Outreach Chairman. Did your chapter participate in Kappa Alpha Order's nationwide blood drive? Setting up blood drives or simply participating in campus wide blood drives count. Please make sure your chapter receives proper recognition.
January 2 -
7. Report Cards - Number I's Report Cards (detailing hours achieved, class schedule, GPA, and grades) should be sent to your chapter's Associate Director for Chapter Services
8. Fall Chapter Grade Report (or previous quarter) - Request your chapter's grade information
9. Spring Chapter Budget
10. Roster of Members (all members, email addresses, cell phone numbers)
11. Receipt of the customs (carbon copy form sent in chapter mail)
12. Number I's Exam - online exam will be emailed to each Number I as they register for NLI. Number I's that do not complete the exam prior to attending NLI will be required to take the exam during the conference.
