Crusade Insurance Application
The Crusade Insurance rebate is one of the many benefits a hard working chapter can receive. Remember to submit the Crusade Insurance Application by the May 1st deadline. The Director of Educational Programming will review all applications. Please note that every chapter will be considered for the rebate based on the application received. Chapters that have fully embraced The Crusade and have had good participation this past academic year will be eligible to receive the $10 per man insurance rebate (50 members x $10 = $500).
