Dave Pinson is the Commander of the Howard P. Locke Province. A former staff advisor to the Epsilon Zeta Chapter at Arkansas Tech University, Dave has also served as the Alumnus Advisor to the Zeta Rho chapter at the University of Arkansas-Fort Smith.  Dave’s involvement was central to the chartering of this new chapter. Prior to being Commander, Dave served as Deputy Province Commander of Locke Province. He was recognized as the 2009 Alumnus Advisor of the year at the 73rd Convention in Washington, DC. Brother Pinson resides in Fort Smith, where he works for Trinity Housing, a local business owned and operated by another member of the Order.
