University Chancellor Visits Alpha Kappa

R. Bowen Loftin, Chancellor of the University of Missouri, recently visited the Alpha Kappa chapter house to speak to all of the Members and Members Awaiting Initiation. During his time with the chapter, he discussed the importance of academic success, the benefits of a strong brotherhood, and leadership involvement within the chapter and in the campus community. Chancellor Loftin also recognized Greek Life as an integral part to the success of the University, and noted that Mizzou is one of top universities in percent of students involved in Greek Life. 

Loftin became Chancellor at the University of Missouri on February 1st, 2014 after serving four years as President of Texas A&M University. For more information on Chancellor Loftin, visit the University of Missouri’s website.
