Election of 2016 National Undergraduate Chair and Vice Chair
C. Dominic Levings (Gamma Eta – Florida State ’13) and Elliott K. White (Zeta Pi – Florida Gulf Coast ’13) were elected by their peers as the National Undergraduate Chairman and Vice Chairman of Kappa Alpha Order, respectively, at the Number I’s Leadership Institute in Sophia, North Carolina. The leadership education conference was attended by 129 chapter presidents and held at Caraway Conference Center. Levings will attend Executive Council (board of directors) meetings throughout the year and represent nearly 8,000 undergraduate men with White serving in his absence.
Dominic was initiated into the Gamma Eta chapter of Kappa Alpha Order at Florida State University in the fall of 2013. Dominic is currently a junior double majoring in Communication and Political Science and is member of the Honors program. A native of Tallahassee, FL, Dominic is a first-generation KA. Dominic has served his chapter as president since the fall of 2014.
Elliott K. White was initiated into Kappa Alpha Order in 2013 by the Zeta Pi chapter at Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, Florida. Elliott is currently a junior studying biology and philosophy and is in the Honors Program. His goals are geared toward medicine with a concentration in neuroscience. His involvement on campus includes membership in the Global Medical Brigades, which organizes medical mission trips to Nicaragua. He is also a member of the Coastal Conservation Association. In addition to his current role as president, Elliott has also served his chapter as the treasurer and community service chair.
