Make Plans to attend the 2016 Emerging Leader’s Academy

The Kappa Alpha Order Emerging Leaders Academy is fast approaching. ELA will take place from June 9^th through the 12^th in Lexington Virginia. ELA is a premier educational conference focused on equipping young leaders within KA with the proper tools to take back with them and help improve their chapters. During ELA you will be divided into Mock Chapters that will be led by a Mock Chapter Advisor, you will participate in small group discussion, large general sessions, break out track sessions, brotherhood events, and community service projects. ELA will run alongside the Crusade RoundTable, an intensive training of the Order’s Crusade Commanders. Stewards of the Order is an intensive ritual training program that equips undergraduate KA’s and alumni with the tools and information to improve their knowledge and proficiency of the ritual. The registration fee for ELA, $295.00 includes all meals, lodging, all other activities, and a T Shirt. If the chapter registers 4 members to attend ELA the 4^th registration is free! The registration fee for Stewards of the Order is $100 in addition to the registration fee for ELA, this covers an additional nights lodging and meals.
