2016 E. Fleming Mason Memorial Interns
The E. Fleming Mason Memorial Internship Program was created to provide deserving undergraduates with the desire to become better educated and informed on both the public and private sectors of our national government. In addition, this program will give undergraduates the opportunity to gain professional work experience while living in the Washington, D.C. area. The E. Fleming Mason Memorial Internship Program provides a once in a lifetime opportunity to any interested Kappa Alpha Order undergraduate. Wesley H. Hilfiker (Alpha Kappa–Missouri ’12)
Senator Roy Blunt/NRCC
Wesley is a senior majoring in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management, is currently volunteering with Friends of Roy Blunt as their Greek Outreach Director for the Columbia, Missouri area. Wesley has served his chapter as philanthropy chairman, corresponding secretary, and president. He is currently in charge of website design, and has taken on an advisory role for the current executive board. Outside of service to his chapter, Wesley is involved in College Republicans, where he recently participated in volunteer service for Missouri Lincoln Days. He is also a founding member of the Enactus club at the University of Missouri, a non-profit organization that seeks to give back to society through taking an entrepreneurial approach to solving problems.
Charles D. Levings (Gamma Eta–Florida State ’13)

Dominic was initiated into the Gamma Eta chapter of Kappa Alpha Order at Florida State University in the fall of 2013. Dominic is currently a junior double majoring in Communication and Political Science and is a member of the Honors program. A native of Tallahassee, FL, Dominic is a first-generation KA. Dominic has served his chapter as president since the fall of 2014. He was elected as the National Undergraduate Chairman at the 2016 Number I’s Leadership Institute. As the National Undergraduate Chairman, he sits on the Executive Council as the representative voice for nearly 8,000 active undergraduate brothers from 129 KA chapters across the country.
James Ruedlinger Jr. (Delta Iota–Texas-Arlington ’14)

James is a Junior Communication Major at the University of Texas at Arlington. He has served Delta Iota as their chartering Number I and prior Number II and III. Beyond his experience in the classroom James has been integrated within almost every process at the University of Texas at Arlington. He has served as an advisor for Freshmen Leaders on Campus; former Interfraternity Council President; recipient of the Most Outstanding Student Leader Award each of his years at the University; and serves as the Vice President of Student Governance at the University of Texas at Arlington. James continues to serve others and organizations in his community through personal speech and leadership consulting.
William H. Skipper III (Alpha Beta–Alabama ’13)

Will is a senior majoring in Public Relations. After attending the University of Alabama for two years, William transferred to the University of South Carolina. In his first semester at USC, William interned for Presidential Candidate Lindsey Graham of South Carolina. As an intern and advisor of the presidential campaign media team, he corresponded with both paid employees and volunteers. William fielded questions from constituents, researched the issues presented, and formulated recommended answers to constituent’s concerns. During the four-month internship, William continued to excel as a full time student.
McLean M. Warren (Epsilon Mu–Elon ’14)

McLean is a junior majoring in Applied Mathematics with a minor in Business Administration, is currently serving his third semester on the Scholarship Committee of Epsilon Mu chapter of Kappa Alpha Order. In previous semesters he was elected to be the primary delegate for the Epsilon Mu chapter for the Kappa Alpha Order 76th Biennial Convention. McLean is an active volunteer for Meals on Wheels in Rocky Mount, NC. Finally, McLean has worked as an Engineer and Inspection Intern at Mack Gay Associates P.A. in Rocky Mount, NC during the summers of both 2014 and 2015.
