Zeta Omicron Chapter Spring 2019

Province Council 2019 @ SIU

This past fall semester the chapter achieved the required 2.7 GPA. This spring semester, we are trying to build off last semesters success. We have many great community service projects and philanthropies planned for this year.

In January, brothers traveled to Southern Illinois University at Carbondale for Province Council. The weekend was a great learning and bonding experience for the brothers that attended.

The KA A Team had a 2-2 record on the regular season and made a deep run in the playoffs.

The KA “Six Shooters” B Team went 0-4 in the regular season but had a great time and left it all out on the court!

Spring Events

The chapter held rush events in the first week of February. This past Sunday we inducted two new members who are currently learning about the values and history to be a KA. Thank you to brother Hatfull for his hard work as recruitment chair!

On February 1st, we participated in Gamma Phi Beta’s Annual Lipsync competition.

The Toy Story theme was choreographed and executed well by brother Patton (Buzz Lightyear)

On March 23rd we are volunteering for Community One where we will be renovating a home in downtown Evansville. On April 11th we are holding our annual Southern Belle beauty pageant for the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

Please contact any officers for advice about their positions or with any questions about events planned for the rest of the spring semester.
