McNeese 2019 Homecoming King
McNeese State University students Hailey Goodwin, a nursing senior from Lake Charles, and Steven Gros (Delta Xi–McNeese State ’16), an agricultural sciences senior from Napoleonville, have been named McNeese’s 2019 Homecoming Queen and King.
The royal pair and court were presented during halftime ceremonies at the McNeese Cowboys vs. Houston Baptist Huskies football game on Saturday, Oct. 19, in Cowboy Stadium.
Goodwin is the daughter of Moby and Pamela Goodwin. She is a Blue and Gold Peerleader, a member of Chi Omega Sorority, president of the Greek Unity Board and Panhellenic Association and a McNeese Student Alumni Ambassador.
Gros is the son of Norris “Spanky” Gros and Paige Burns. He is president of Kappa Alpha Fraternity and the Inner Fraternity Counsel.
