Steven M. Steele

Steven M. Steele (Delta Kappa ’86 – Stephen F. Austin State Univ.) served as the commander of Mikell Province (northeast Texas) for nine years, before retiring from service in 1998. Professionally, he has worked as a special agent with the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms in Dallas, Texas. Steele received their Distinguished Service Medal for conspicuous gallantry in connection with the law enforcement operation near Waco, Texas in 1993, after being wounded in the altercation.
