Excerpt from an article in the Fall 1983 issue of The Kappa Alpha Journal.
Former Knight Commander Frampton served as the distinguished representative of our Order to the National Interfraternity Conference 1956-1977 and was a member of the Board of Directors of NIC 1969-1973 and was recipient of the NIC Certificate of Appreciation in 1979 for outstanding achievement and service to the fraternity system. He has exerted continuing and successful leadership in interfraternity affairs over the past 30 years. Dr. Frampton has been “Mr. Interfraternity” for Kappa Alpha Order and has been a respected spokesman for fraternal ideals which all fraternities purport to subscribe.
