Collin B. Taylor

Awarded: Knight Commander’s Accolade – April 11, 2026

Collin B. Taylor was initiated into the Delta Mu Chapter at Eastern Kentucky University in 1996. As an undergraduate, he served the chapter as Number IV (Corresponding Secretary) and Number VII (Parliamentarian), and he was elected President of the university’s Interfraternity Council.

Following graduation, Collin worked for Kappa Alpha Order’s National Administrative Office as an Educational Leadership Consultant from 2000 to 2002.

Collin’s volunteer service to the Order began on the Delta Mu Chapter Alumni Advisory Committee. In 2008, he was elected as Commander of the John S. Candler Province. Following the 2022 reorganization of province boundaries, Collin was appointed Commander of the newly established Idris R. Traylor, Jr. Province, a role which he continues to hold today.

Collin is a member of the Bluegrass Alumni Chapter and has been inducted into the Traylor, Neal, and Candler Courts of Honor. He is a Forever KA participant, a member of the Loyal Order, and is a nine-year member of the Kappa Alpha Order Educational Foundation’s Crimson & Gold Society.

Professionally, Collin previously worked in banking, serving as a branch manager for U.S. Bank in Richmond, Kentucky. He later transitioned to the restaurant industry and is employed by a local franchise group operating McDonald’s restaurants in the Richmond area. He serves as a Market Trainer, supporting the training and development of managers and staff across the market.

Collin resides in Richmond, Kentucky, with his wife, Angela, and their daughter, Addison.
