Kriss Parikakis

Awarded by Knight Commander William E. Dreyer and presented by Former Knight Commander J. Michael Duncan at Delta Kappa’s Chapter Lodge Dedication Ceremony at Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas.
Kriss Parikakis graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University in 1979 with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance. Also at SFA, in 1981 he received his Master of Science in Economics. In the chapter, he served as Number VII, and was inducted into the Council of Honor. He served as Number VI and attended the NLI and Convention in Houston and in 1978, he served as Number I and attended the NLI in Atlanta.
In 2005, Kriss organized a chapter reunion, served as the Number I on the alumni initiation team for the chapter’s restoration, and re-established the Delta Kappa Housing Foundation, serving as its president for six years until 2011. For his support of the chapter, province, and Order, he was inducted into the William Archibald Walsh Province Court of Honor in 2007. He organized the 40th Anniversary Reunion for the chapter in 2008, which launched the Capital Campaign for the new Delta Kappa House. He joined the Order’s Military Division in 2009, during its inaugural year, having previously served in the United States Marine Corps from 1971 to 1975. He is a member of the Loyal Order.
Professionally, he is a CPA in the state of Texas and is the Chief Financial Officer of Jet Aviation in St. Louis, Missouri. He is married to Brenda Eubanks, and they have two sons: Ryan, 24, served in the USMC and is currently a senior at Texas Tech University, and Eric, 22, a May 2014 graduate of Texas Christian University.
