Rock Nicholson Houstoun attended Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas, and was initiated into Xi chapter in 1970. Since his graduation from Southwestern, Rock has served on the Xi Alumni Advisory Committee and has been inducted into the William Archibald Walsh Court of Honor.
Rock lives in Houston, Texas, and is CEO of Insurance Alliance which is a large local risk management and insurance firm. Rock has been very involved with charities that benefit children with disabilities, and also serves on several other Boards of both profit and non-profit organizations. Rock is currently the President of the Kappa Alpha Order Educational Foundation, and is a member of the Loyal Order. As President of the KAOEF, Rock oversaw the “Honoring Our Past-Securing Our Future: The Campaign for Every KA.”
