Robert Gosser is from Zeta Alpha Chapter at the University of Colorado. He too is a former Number I, leading the Boulder chapter and is now the Interfraternity Conference President. To underscore the need for IFC leadership, the member fraternities are not recognized nor supported by the University—the IFC provides significant stability to the fraternity system.
