The Emerging Leaders Academy (ELA) is one of the best conferences in the Greek community available to any interested KA seeking to lead their chapter. ELA provides a different learning experience where we bring the sessions out of the classroom and into the streets of Lexington. Imagine touring the sites on campus at Washington and Lee University and learning more about our founders and how they started our fraternity.
ELA provides premier leadership training through the small group experience, Certified Educational Sessions and engaging large group presentations. This unique opportunity will help you become more involved in your chapter into the future.
Through the generosity of the Kappa Alpha Order Educational Foundation, all chapters are able to send two members at no cost to this year’s ELA. For each additional member that your chapter sends, it will cost only $300 per member for lodging, meals, and a shirt.
