South Alabama Brother Named Dunwody Province Active Member of the Year

At the recent gathering of the Dunwody Court of Honor, Noah L. Pickens (Epsilon Alpha–South Alabama ’23) was honored as the 2024–2025 Dunwody Province Active Member of the Year.

The award, given annually to one exceptional undergraduate, recognizes a member who exemplifies the highest ideals of brotherhood, leadership, scholarship, and service. Dunwody Province Commander highlighted the difficulty in selecting just one recipient among approximately 500 active members, noting the impressive achievements of many deserving brothers.

However, Pickens rose to the top through his unwavering commitment to the Epsilon Alpha Chapter, having held key leadership roles where he consistently inspired his brothers. His academic performance has remained strong, and he’s been instrumental in promoting a culture of scholarly excellence. Beyond the chapter, Pickens has made a meaningful impact through campus and community service initiatives.

“Noah embodies the spirit of our fraternity and serves as a role model for all members—past, present, and future,” said Province Commander Preston Pritchett during the award presentation.

Congratulations to Brother Pickens on this well-deserved recognition.
