On Thursday, October 2, 2025, the Wood Court of Honor held its annual dinner and induction ceremony at White Clay Creek Country Club in Wilmington, Delaware.
Following a reception, two brothers were recognized and invested with the provincial cross of honor in recognition of their outstanding service to the Order and accomplishments which have brought honor to Kappa Alpha Order.

- E. Gibson Kerr (Alpha–Washington & Lee ’82)
Following the investiture ceremony and dinner, Aidan Barbone, Number I of Beta Epsilon, gave an update on the successes of the chapter since its rechartering last fall. Ammen Province Commander Darren Franta then gave an update, and Former Knight Commander and KAOEF Executive Vice President Ben W. Satcher, Jr. gave a State of the Order. Drawing from his book Un-Cancel Robert E. Lee – An Open Letter to the Trustee of Washington and Lee University, Gib Kerr spoke on why our Spiritual Founder remains worthy of respect in the modern era.
The Court’s next annual dinner and investiture will be on Thursday, October 1, 2026, in Washington, D.C.
