Midwestern State Faculty Advisor Recognized Posthumously at Convention

Dr. Ramser, born September 11, 1941, in Omaha, Nebraska, was a distinguished professor of Business Management at Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas. After earning his doctorate, he joined the Dillard College of Business Administration, later achieving the rank of Professor Emeritus.

Renowned for his research, Dr. Ramser co-authored numerous articles on organizational behavior, workplace helping, mediation, and leadership from the 2000s into the 2020s.

He passed away peacefully in Wichita Falls in June 2024 at age 82. Remembered as dedicated educator and mentor, his scholarship and passion for others left a legacy at Midwestern State and within the Gamma Omega Chapter. Click here to read more.
