It was a hot day in Knoxville, Tennessee this past Saturday when the Pi Chapter, while on their routine morning run, stumbled across a UT student with a flat tire.
“We saw her stressed out with a flat tire and stopped and helped her.” said Zackrey Duncan, Number I of Pi Chapter. “She had everything and so we all stopped, and probably 55 guys stood there while five of them changed the tire. She thought it was hilarious, her and her friends.”
The mother of the student later tagged the chapter in a Facebook post, writing, “Shout out if your son is a KA new member! They literally saved my daughter and her flat tire on Saturday morning. True southern gentlemen, and she has a great story to tell!”
