2024 Washington, D.C. Internship Program Participants

The E. Fleming Mason Memorial Internship Program was created to provide deserving undergraduates with the desire to become better educated and informed on both the public and private sectors of our national government. In addition, this program will give undergraduates the opportunity to gain professional work experience while living in Washington, D.C. The Program provides a once in a lifetime opportunity for any interested Kappa Alpha Order undergraduate to interact with other interns from across the country. From Oak Park, Illinois, Wells is a rising Senior at the University of Kentucky studying Economics. In his chapter, he has served as the Number I for two terms. Additionally, he is involved with Kentucky’s Interfraternal Council Bylaw Revision committee as an Advisory member, as well as a previous lobbyist for the Fraternal Government Relations Coalition.

From Arkadelphia, Arkansas, Gunner is a rising Senior at Louisiana Tech University studying Aviation Management. In his chapter, he has served as IFC Chair.

From Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Connor is a rising senior at Millsaps College studying Government and Politics and getting a BBA with a Financial services concentration with a minor in American Studies. In his chapter, he has served as the Recording Secretary and Purser. Additionally, he is involved in Student Body Association, has served as the President and VP of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee, Vice President of Recruitment of IFC, Treasurer of the Government and Politics Club, is participating in the Millsaps College Honors Program, was inducted into the Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Society, and is a member of the Millsaps College Golf Team.

Additionally, he is involved with Eller Professional Sales Club, a professional development club with an emphasis on B2B sales.
