The North American Interfraternity Conference (NIC) has named Robert Gosser (Zeta Alpha–Colorado ’23) to its 2025–26 IFC Advisory Council. This prestigious council comprises 13 undergraduate fraternity leaders from across the country who will collaborate with NIC leadership to shape the future of fraternity life.
Gosser brings a wealth of leadership experience to the council. He has served as President of the Interfraternity Council (IFC) at the University of Colorado Boulder and Number I of the Zeta Alpha Chapter. His tenure as chapter president was marked by significant achievements, including the implementation of comprehensive risk reduction strategies, the organization of a successful Cancer Awareness Week that raised nearly $8,000 for cancer research, and recognition with the Most Improved Chapter of the Year Award. Additionally, Gosser was honored with the Emerging Leader Award for his contributions to mental health initiatives and community engagement.
The IFC Advisory Council offers undergraduate fraternity members a unique opportunity to engage with industry leaders, influence fraternity policies, and mentor other IFC officers. Council members will assist in developing IFC resources and inter/national policies. Their term begins with orientation in mid-May and concludes after one year.
